Section 68
Disposition versions
68. The fee payable is double the fee provided for in section 65, with a minimum amount equivalent to the fee payable for 2 hours, in the case of an activity referred to in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 65 that is executed, subsequent to a request, between noon and 1:00 p.m. or between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m., or that is executed on a Saturday, on a holiday or on the eve of or the day following Christmas Day and New Year’s Day or on any other day that is substituted therefor.
68.
